For orders within Greece you can pay via PayPal, Credit, Debit, bank transfer or cash on delivery (in this case customers will be charged the amount of 2.50€).
How can I receive my online order?
At the completion of the order, you can choose to be sent via A- Post courier or to pick up yourself from ZIZELCHRISTIN Showroom. You are more than welcome!

I receive a wrong or a defective product. What should I do?
In case you receive a wrong or a defective product, we take care of the return cost. In this case the return must be made with A-Post courier.

How do I know that my order was placed successfully?
When you place your order, automatically it will be send to you an email with all the details of your order.
What should I do if I don’t get my order confirmation?

I forgot my account’s password. What should I do?
You have to click at “I forgot my password” and follow the all steps to log in to your account.
How can I find the right size for me?
We measure all our clothes by hand and indicate their dimensions on the page of each product. Also, on the homepage in the Category "Customer Care" there is a size guide with specific dimensions corresponding to each size. Do not hesitate to call us and help you choose the right size on 211 -1820953.
